I believe the meaning of my life is to be happy for as any moments. Happiness comes in segments and in doses it doesn't last long. I am personally happy when I bring a smile to someone else other than myself and to see them joyful. It brings me pleasure. Maybe that's what causes me to be very vulnerable and that opens the door to getting her quite frequently. I tend to put everyone's needs before my needs. I am usually I am usually the one that gets attention after everyone else has received what they asked for.
Growing up I was the first one to get what I needed and wanted. Now, as an adult I'm in my parents' shoes walking the fine line of becoming a wonderful parent for my children. I raise my children to have compassion for others, to be respectful, to never give up on their dreams and always reach their goals to name a few of the character trait that I install in their personality to become an amazing human being. I have wonderful memories with my family and don't really have bad ones. I had a very a very wonderful childhood. I understood that I was mt parents' everything and how much happiness I brought them. The meaning of my life is to see my family happy and flourish into astonishing human being and be positive energy to the of themselves and others.

Should my boyfriend and I get engaged?
Yes, I feel that it would be a wonderful idea to get engaged with someone you love. I feel it should only be once in your lifetime. I would love to receive an engagement ring with a ruby instead of a diamond, but don't get me wrong. I love diamonds but my favorite color is red. In my mind, it's a powerful color. I have many memories that have a positive outcome because of me wearing red.

What overall goals should I pursue in life?
There are three ways I am going to answer this question. I consider that I have three points of views.
As a mother, my overall goal, in life would have to be that my four children pursue an education and be successful, and happy in their careers. Of course, this is what I consider to be my personal goal as a mother and mission in life. I will encourage them to reach this goal. Also, my goal is to teach my children a few qualities such as be respectful, to have compassionate towards others, to be loving among others.
As a wife, my overall goal would be to further my education and discover a well-paying job. I would love to be able to live a comfortable life with my husband and see our children reach each milestone of their lives with joy and appreciate each other’s company, and learn more about each other. I feel as we age we tend to change; that is just in our nature as humans. I am happily married and I could not ask for anything else. My husband is a wonderful man and is always looking out for my best interest. I do the same for him. I do strongly believe my relationship is amazing with my husband because my father was always there for me as a child and in a way it taught me to make the right choices towards men.
As a daughter, I want to be there for my parents and help them in any way I can. I am very grateful to have very supportive parent; they have never left me, and they have always been there for me and now as an adult. I feel it's my responsibility to take care of them as they get older I love them very much.
Here I go again listing everyone and leaving myself until the end.
As a woman, my overall goal is to always be thankful for what I have and appreciate all the blessings God has given me. I could not ask for anything more. These last few years of my life have changed in many ways; I have learned a lot about myself. One of the things I learned about myself was that I could not let fear take over my education. Now after completing 2 semesters I can now say with confidence I will receive my bachelor’s degree in business in the next few years.

Should I stay in the religious tradition that I grew up in?
I plan on staying with the religion that I was raised with. However, I do plan on studying it more in depth. In the beginning of the semester based on the theory that the professor was teaching us, I doubted myself, I felt as I didn't know anything about my own religion and in a way I felt lost. Even though I felt lost, I could not walk away from what little I knew about my religion. I embraced my religion even more. I would love to take the religious course with my professor Marie Feldemire because I truly enjoyed her course and her energy in the class room and all her knowledge which I truly admire.

Given that life is finite and no one knows exactly how long his or her life will be, what kinds of goals in life do you view as most important?
My goals are to live life with no regrets and to live it to the fullest. I enjoy every moment of my family because I don’t know if I will awake the next day. I have many important things that I do on a daily basis, and to name a few are to make my children laugh, smile and to see them sleep. For some reason this has always brought me joy just to watch them peacefully. To me, my family is very important and I cherish them a lot and always remind them how much I love and how I will always support them in anyway possible in reaching their goals and aspirations.

What is my ethical obligations towards people who are dying? How can we be as kind, loving, and compassionate as possible when people are towards the end of their lives?
My ethical obligation towards people who are dying is to treat them with respect, dignity and to make sure there last moment is pleasant. Even if that person was an evil one when he or she was healthy. I am no one to judge or have no right to mistreat another human being. I believe they are the ones that will have to face God and have to explain their wrong doing to him of time of their judgement. I would show compassion for their suffering, treat them with respect and be of any assistants to the ill. I will someday be walking in their shoes and maybe in pain, and I too would like to be treated with respect and dignity. I am a strong believer in Karma and effects it the on your life for choices you may have done throughout your existing. I come from a family that is always giving and trying too help in anyway possible to others. I was raised to always have compassionate for the suffering of others. Like my father would always say, "You never stop giving, and give without expecting anything thing in return." I struggled with this idea for an years growing up, and now as an adult I believe God would bless me in many ways if I give with all my heart. With that said we as humans will pay all our wrong doing here on Earth.

Is there life after death? If so, what model of what am after life do you find most plausible and why?
Yes, I believe there is life after death. Once you have
passed to what we as humans can see which is death that is when you truly live and have a more
pleasurable life that can be full of joy and true happiness. I feel that life
after death is beautiful and free of any negative energy. It is when pain is
completely healed and the soul is free. The body can be at peace and its
physical appearance does not matter.
I believe when the day comes you will be faced with looking at GOD in the face and admitting your wrongdoing here on earth. I was taught that Jesus is my GOD and he is full of love and if you ask for forgiveness and truly mean it, GOD will forgive you. GOD can see if you are truly asking for forgiveness and when you are not being honest with yourself about what you want. I believe that when in heaven you are free of all the pain and the worry that exist here on earth. I believe that GOD makes that all disappears without a trace. Your body is no longer in pain; pain is something that is not felt anymore in GOD's presents. Once our souls reaches to the other side life begins and you relive with joy.

I know this belief can vary from culture to culture, but in
my opinion life after death is the best thing one can ever experience. I would
love to live a day on the other side just to see what it’s like. Can you just
imagine for a moment what it would be like?... wow! Just thinking about it
gives me goosebumps. To know if life after death exists.
A little about myself
Hello everyone,
My name is Roxanna Gonzalez-Vazquez. I am currently attending Red Rocks Community College as a full-time student. School is my full-time job and running a household of 4 young boys and my wonderful supporting husband. I am constantly running after everyone to do homework, sports activity and keep up with their chores. However, with all this going on at home, home is still my favorite place in the whole world to be. It’s my happy place and it always brings me joy. I love cooking and enjoying my families' company. It makes me very happy spending time with them and to see each of them reach every milestone. I want to set a good example, I want them to always see me as a responsible and fun parent, and I want for my children to always know they can always count on me and their father to help them overcome any situation.
As a daughter, I have a close relationship with both of my parents. However, I can truly say “I am a daddy’s girl.” Growing up it was always a lot easier to talk to my dad; he would never get upset, and it did not matter how bad the situation was. He would always listen and not judge me and always give me the guidance I need. With my mom, yeah, I could talk to her but I would have to watch how I would say the things because she would ground me for a while or I would somehow get into more trouble. The relationship with my mother blossomed when I became a mother myself and has gotten even stronger as time passes. I truly appreciate both of my parents.
I make sure that I am strong and project it to my family. I want my family to know that I am well centered. In all aspects of my life mentally, spiritually, physically and I am able to provide my family with all the support they need.
I want my children to see me as a good example and for them to follow in my footsteps. I consider myself intelligent, supportive, and loving among other qualities. I have reached many goals in the last few years and learned that the sky is the limit. I was truly scared of my return to school and I could face my fears and have succeeded in school so far. You will get to know me in more detail with my daily journal entries as we get further in the semester. I plan to share many of my personal thoughts in more detail.
- Let’s get to writing :)
